This October, I'm grabbing my hammer and strapping on my tool belt (not for the first time, my dad will tell you!), and joining Habitat Chicago's Women Build alongside 400 other bada** women to build homes that will be owned by other women.
Habitat Chicago's Women Build is entirely made of women volunteers building homes for women-led families in the Chicago area. Together, we're helping fellow women become homeowners with Habitat Chicago, a nonprofit committed to building a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
If you're able, I'd love if you would help us reach our fundraising goal so we can change the lives of these women forever and prove that there's nothing a group of committed women can't do. Together, we're hoping to raise $275,000 for the cause. Thank you for your support!
