In May 2015 Habit for Humanity Chicago is sending a team to build homes for AIDS orphans and their guardians in Malawi (in southeast Africa next to Tanzania, Zambia and Mozambique).
We joined the team because we believe strongly in the hope and opportunity Habitat provides and because our past building with Habitat (in Haiti, Thailand and D.C.) has been so rewarding.

We are paying our own way, but we are seeking to raise additional funds for Habitat Malawi and to help pay for some staff and current owners of Habitat homes in Chicago who wish to be on the Malawi team.
