This October I'm grabbing a hard hat, picking up a hammer, and co-leading our Perkins&Will Women Build team with Habitat Chicago for the first time.
Women have always built communities. We're just making it a little more literal.
Too many women are still locked out of homeownership because of systems that weren't built with us in mind. A home means safety, stability, and the freedom to build the life you want. Everyone deserves that.
So we're showing up. We're fundraising. We're building. We're making some noise. And we're going for our biggest fundraising year yet.
