Homeownership is one of the most dynamic tools a person can gain to build a strong and stable future. The life-changing benefits of affordable housing help increase financial security, educational opportunities, the health and social well-being of both children and adults, and decrease crime. All of these factors work together to help families achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build better futures.

For the month of March, I am joining Habitat for Humanity Chicago, a nonprofit focusing on creating safe and affordable housing, in being part of the solution. I'll do this by dedicating my movement to help provide for those in need of safe and healthy housing. Each minute I decide to dedicate my time will help us in becoming one step closer to building a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

By contributing to my goal of $125, you will join me in building strength, stability, and self-reliance for Chicago's families and neighborhoods. I appreciate any support you can give - big, small, or somewhere in between.

Thanks!
Kelsie
